The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 乔纳森真是英年早逝，他的困境是时间，他的好朋友都在最好的年华相继去世，谁也不想在30岁还一事无成吧。可惜好歌不多，我最喜欢的一首是和朋友一起清唱的《波西米亚》。
C— / 很好听（字面意义）的电影，至少节奏流畅，拍成加长版MV也好过暴露剧作的平庸。
其实能感受到创作表达欲的喷涌，不知道导演是不是也借男主之口说得那段表达自己的观点。串讲故事的手法在近些年的电影里还是算新奇的，所以看的时候觉得信息量很大。但是也如一位豆友所说，全片都在情绪高点没有启程转折，有点难入戏。然后我对音乐剧的欣赏能力也比较有限吧，歌声穿耳过，挺难留下什么深刻印象的。
剧作就很弱了，堆砌大量人物关系，叙事逻辑和节奏都相当的混乱。

剥开音乐剧的壳，内核就是个三十岁焦虑的故事，不是粉丝，没有共鸣。
又看完忘记标记了？我怎么记得标了啊，比同时看的另一部音乐剧改编好很多，用了很多电影的视听语言去加分！

原来说的是Rent的作者，失敬失敬，这么多年了也没去Broadway看一场。加菲演技时刻，这几年选片都很棒。以及，在这个节点上看一个纽约客步入30真的太有共鸣了！They're singing, "Happy birthday"

卡着ddl写歌面临的各种窘境，有点阅历的社畜都会共情…… 加菲演得太好削弱了一些音乐剧改编的舞台感，双线音乐会结构LMM掌控得也不错，游泳池的设计蛮绝
针的滴答声贯穿全片，营造出一种无法挥散的焦虑和紧迫感，是年龄焦虑，是创作焦虑，人终有一死，我们应当用有限的时间做什么？
看这个片子哭到断气我要感谢很多人包括这个世界
米兰达也许会拍一部只在舞台上演出的音乐剧，但他并不会拍电影，影像不是音乐、独白、台词的补充，MV都不至于如此。更别提那些政治正确的符号，实在差劲。还是看看斯皮尔伯格的《西区故事》会拍成什么样吧。
粉丝向作品，表演刻意，音乐随意，缺乏亮点，强行催泪。
