The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 以为是续集，没想到是吉吉国王的定制剧，轻喜剧，看着还行，主要是原班人马，没有违和感，挺好。
有创新也有讽刺，怪物形象也还行，但剧情刚好是我天雷的那种，男凝严重并且有对女性深深的恶意，qj非说是被附身，被qj者还爱上了qj犯，甚至生了孩子说是上帝的礼物，我的天，🆘
赘婿番外之吉吉国王篇！宁毅技能加强版，buff有咸鱼借呗花呗双十一，还有百合网等，连乌启豪都搞起义乌了。然后为第二季埋了伏笔，这个网大当番外下饭看还不错。
还不错，标准的商业片格式，演技都过关，看着还是很欢乐的
真的很搞笑，很适合七夕带着男朋友来看，我和男朋友在电影院里笑翻了，配上爆米花，这个七夕真的很快乐！

果然即使穿越了大家都还是打工人，但是不得不说，男主的职场线还挺爽的，要是现实生活也能有这么爽的职场线就好了！
一般吧 就是里面很多台词都一模一样照搬电视剧里的…
好久没熬夜了，看完竟然11点多了，不过内容还是很喜剧啊！好看！
看完电视剧追过来的，作为一部承上启下的外传还是合格的，剧情在线，笑点满满。没想到吉吉国王的线还真展开了，谁不喜欢吉吉国王呢！看完开始期待第二部了！
这部电影也没有辜负年初赘婿带来的热度，虽然是搞笑的古装职场创业电影，但是影剧情逻辑和感情进展都挺合理的。
剧情跟电视剧没什么突破，吉吉国王翻身农奴把歌唱成了主角，特意给他安排了个新女主。先靠女主发家，在虐一虐，最后反转大团圆。
鬼搞的很恶心的造型而不是恐怖，故事有点俗套，一贯宗教信仰的结局。
前面还可以，后半段乱七八糟的，七里扯到八里！

本以为是蹭剧的热度，没想到真香。就喜欢吉吉国王这种废柴般的幽默～
还不错，基本保留了赘婿的基调。剧粉加一星。
吉吉国王作为网剧第一部的搞笑担当，搞笑功底还是蛮扎实的，笑点很多，很适合带着女朋友一起放松。
