The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 小朋友们演的还不错，懂heavy metal的会有各种OG致敬，不懂的当知识扫盲，也许也会爱上。
故事性不咋样，简单没新意，最后还挺燃。但歌是真不错。

虽然都是重金属题材，但是比起《重金属囧途》真是差太多。

《女生要革命》是通过杂志发出青春期的呐喊和主张，这里则转为在音乐中找到能量；尽管这种直白浅显的青少年戏剧很少能有太多惊艳的发展与更为深刻的转向，但它仍比无病呻吟的恋爱故事要有意义，也依然成为不少足够优秀的青少年演员在拥有更多角色前最好的试炼。Jaeden Martell真的很棒，饰演“Hunter”的Adrian Greensmith同样惊艳。

好久没看青春校园题材了，再加上Metal，老泪纵横
这样的质感让你很难沉浸在那段历史里
唱最凶狠的歌，干最阳光的事。《重金属天团》就是典型的好莱坞音乐青春片，还是价值观特正的那种。套个摇滚的题材，宣泄的全是成长的烦恼。元素的错位反差固然建立了很多有趣的情节，可是对于摇滚乐来说，这完全就是个门外汉在想当然。精神内核没有丝毫重金属的气质，就只是在外形上耍耍假把式。电影有趣不带表达对跨载体的艺术创作就是对的，就本片来讲，音乐和故事一定要分开来看的，当作童言无忌的表达便罢。
