The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 又损又句句到位，辣得人肝肠寸断，就是说3年前也断然不会有人预料到世界会演变成这副样子，可以这么悲观地想，这个系列可能会一年年拍下去，且愈演愈烈，对立，分化，直到世界崩塌。
讽刺和吐槽始终没有找到一个自己的路数，对于新闻的梳理夸张放大是远远没达到讽刺的力度，它的变形是没有弹性的。批评寡淡没有新意。
没有当时2020的喜感，整个话题也显得有些boring，但是还是非常的western world。

冲击性有所减弱，但是在疫情未结束前每年结尾网飞都来这么一部犀利吐槽当年时事的片子也未尝不是个好选择，几处吐槽有趣又精准
