The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 挺喜欢几个意识流的长镜头的，有惊喜！女主演的不是很好，重在真诚。两位老演员的表演很自然，其实我以为不会有啥触动，不过看的时候还是两次落泪，很难得。

#PYIFF 首映#前半部分中老两代的生活流，后半部分围绕父亲建立冲突.剧本的问题挺大的，不仅人物的行为有矛盾，而且单单围绕父亲的老年痴呆去展开的一系列情节并依托不起几段关系的复杂情感.节奏有些过慢，几处超现实场景也感觉跳脱，理解不到其中试图外化的情感
