艾伦索金的台词像子弹，字字句句冲击到脑门。政局的荒唐、司法的不公正、流血冲突到底为了什么……一遍遍质问。当最终海登念出4572个牺牲在越战泥坑的士兵名字时，答案揭晓：就是为了最初的正义，反对战争，一切政治手段不该到良心面前扯浑水。
至少不要人云亦云，不要以为自己的出发点是“无敌”的，是“好”的，就停止思考。
法庭片这个种类在国内是没有的，二欧美的则越拍越精彩，文斗比武斗还要好看。
恰逢美国政权交迭时来看这部电影真的是一种很奇妙的观影体验。艾伦的剧作相当扎实，有条不紊的理清了复杂的人物关系和历史背景，并将其紧凑成2个小时左右，最后在老道的交叉剪辑中一步步将剧情推向高潮。76
最后歌曲响起很感动，虽然对那段历史不太了解，也看得出是美国一贯的电影风格，追求自由才是宪法精神。
