The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 剧情较拖沓，主要是内容不多。人物、故事、配乐剪辑等都挺不错的！怪物的设计非常棒，但…有点无趣，有种感觉…就这？？血腥度一般。心理恐怖，个人回响。
女主挺惨的，这盒子力量也太弱了，不能给人带来富贵嘛？
深刻，富有批判性，剖析社会与自我挣扎的同志作品已经有很多了。至少这一部给了一个温暖如春的圣诞欢乐结局，时不时还是需要一点这样的麻醉的

献祭就可以治病？所以兄弟俩一直在献祭女性『可能女的比较好对付』。女主最后成功献祭，获得了伤口的痊愈，感觉她有一些想法『渣男遭殃』。
真的看不了这种，镜头晃到我想吐，拍的什么东西。

【B-】虽然还是「鬼屋+阴谋」的传统恐怖片模式，但是至始至终对于氛围的把握都很到位；虽然频繁地使用Jump scare，但是效果确实也达到了。再加之最后怪物的出色设计，让本片比一众同类型的小成本恐怖片要高级、精彩不少。
拉美风格，气氛好，制作团队内涵强。近几年，不错的小众恐。推荐。
所以女主最后是做了恶魔之匣的新仆人吧。外来黑户的美国梦？总觉得有点儿政治隐喻啊，有意思。

「少数裔（移民）」的下层生活，对于「希望」的渴望与现实残酷，都让本片继续成为某种传递「白左」价值观的标准输出物，由此所有的表演的桥段都沦为「工具」且生硬拙劣。

虽然悬疑恐怖效果还不错，但这个女主角一点也不值得同情，毕竟她杀了自己的母亲
