The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will.     加上情感分也就及格吧。充满了伪装的晦涩和直白的俗套。尤其是绫波丽逢人就问:生活/爱/工作是什么?就好像导演在提醒观众,咱只是个动画片,你们别指望我把大道理藏起来讲哦。碇源堂就更不用说了,堪称日式主题升华的耻辱。

    最近正好在想,当习惯了一个人之后,想到如果需要为一个人改变自己的生活轨迹和习惯就会恐惧到头皮发麻。那么找一个和自己类似的人不就好了吗?可那样又有什么趣味。何况或许就是因为期待“类似”,发觉相去甚远时才会更加失望。那么究竟怎么样才好?类似?还是其他类型?看完这部觉得,果然还是不要了,想要爱上别人,不想仅仅是爱上自己,更不想目睹自己的褪色。其实是非常刻板印象的、程式化的作品吧,但也还挺好看的。

    大一刚入学的时候开始看eva,和这个时间点相衬,它是一场把我卷进崭新世界的猛风,有最刻骨的情感冲击(看到《真心为你》的结尾我止不住地敲床沿的铁架),也有最初的智识启蒙(在贴吧的剧评第一次对拉康感兴趣,从此对法国哲学一发不可收拾)。但这部所谓的终章可能是对这个系列最根本的背叛,通篇家庭要和睦、生活要阳光、珍惜每一天之类的说辞,台词啰嗦又直白我以为是乱入微博每日精选,简直就像是庵野秀明亲自对自己实施了人类补完计划:均一化思维的罪恶结晶。要不是制作特别厉害我就一星了。

    一直抱有耳闻,战斗场面果然绚丽,也有自己的科幻内核,还有可爱的双马尾长发女生,没看过系列前几部,所以很多情节理解有些吃力,感觉是有自己思想的作品。反派的执念想到了火影忍者的带土与琳。

    超越幻想并不那么容易,这些创伤(包含渚薰的牺牲)对真嗣而言是难以整合到自身的符号体系当中的,这种画了横杠了的主体在那个幻想的菱形当中困苦不堪,这种痛苦,是没有办法凭借香那种咄咄逼人的激将法来抹平的;黑凌波以一种前符号的婴孩姿态切入了后天启时代的田园牧歌。碇就对补完的痴迷这一心理情景给出了一个简单易懂的回答:一种世纪末的忧郁症。老人(豪猪/司令)已经无可救药地陷在了这套弃绝主义的意识形态当中。后启示录时代让生存论获得了直接的、跨越阶层的新变化,让畏(dread)在主体和绝对者之间进行中介与调和,也就是说,必须要将主体的原初体验作为本真,以一个个无可逃避的死亡一般的抉择来中介这个分裂对抗的世界,而不是滑向多愁善感的情绪主义。忧郁症总会有淡漠消逝的那天。痞子这番操作,大约能管中窥豹地看见一种成熟。

    当庵野秀明不再当谜语人,哈姆雷特也只剩一个答案。关于cp描写,没必要把明日香和龙套的描写归结为爱情,也没必要把真希波与真嗣的描写归结为爱情,存在一定的留白也是庵野的温柔了。留白以外,至少明日香的“我曾喜欢过你”和真嗣的“我也曾喜欢过你”是确实的。如果觉得不好看,请放下自己的自私情绪,再看一次。最后,能够生在见证eva劇終的时代,真好!再见!

    凌波的头有点惊悚,特摄剑戟片部分真是调皮得可爱。虽然看得云里雾里,末世的漫话离不开家庭的遗憾,不过对成长的主题发掘得还是挺深的。男孩要戒奶啊,才有大人的味道,这段话真是太诛死宅的心了。

    用了二十六年,六部剧场版,一部电视剧,扯了一堆乱七八糟玄之又玄的东西,最终讲了一个如此纯爱的结局。看不起死宅男庵野秀明骨子里还是放不下对美好感情的向往。可惜了葛城美里和加持良治这么好的人类。人类补全计划早就该来了。人类可以灭绝,留下其他生命的种子就好了。可是还是看得一阵阵泪目。。
