The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 全片下来最震撼的是片尾字幕。希望这部片子能推动印度司法进程。希望不会再有受害者被迫衍生泛犯罪。片子给的很直，没刻意营造悬疑，这点是好的，但细节上的人员不专业很不好，表演力度不够，整体需要提升。
往事和现今交叉叙事，事情的原委逐步披露，镜头交织重复，编剧剪辑都很出色。
想明白这一点后，女教师的行为就非常合理了。

几种关系之间的力很巧妙，虽然刻意但都有效，也没刻意得过界。演技确实太稳了。

三星半，社会意义表现强烈。前面有些故弄玄虚了，后面30分钟不错。
情感上四星，致敬，毕竟人家能拍出来，在呐喊，即便你知道那光明的结局遥不可及。
