The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 剧情薄弱是真的
挺有戏的故事底子，命案、党棍、黑警、强权……拍得实在是波澜不惊，太过顺当。
律师查案，警察没点作用
总的来说剧情还是太平了，没有太多的惊喜度，也没有太多律师之间的博弈感。

在本片中出现的黄金配角廖启智和曾江都已经去世了。
虽然情节简单，但还是能看得下去。
有钱人，一个娃是万万不够的，一旦死了，钱都白瞎了。智叔到底还有多少戏没有播？只要有你，自带加一星。

良心大律师为了对付凶狠的政治反派不得不用一些非常规的小花招才能在法庭上取胜。
少数几部开3倍速的电影，情节毫无悬念，人物转变生硬，编剧水平很稚嫩
一般，但是没有小鲜肉，没有傻白甜女主戏这一点还是值得肯定的，只是故事太简单突兀和空洞多，确实没什么正义公理，只是金钱的较量，律师能做的和所做的都不那么重要。 老戏骨们好看！
走马观花的推理过程，感情转折都很刻意，如果结局不拉扯进来一个强大的势力是不是就没得打了？大团圆结局有tvb感觉，肯定的是方中信与智叔的演技，收放自如，张建声也可圈可点。
公义要靠非法手段实现，每个人都为实现公义付出代价，这是法制的悲哀，公义与法制间矛盾这种早已拍滥的题材，依然一直有人拍，而这种对法制的不信任，试问又是因何而成？
很不错的片子，这个世界做什么都需要手段。。
哎哟，看完热评有时候觉得我不配看电影，这些观影人都好厉害哦，又是换成穷人，又是不够，想给高分还得犹豫一下。
船上飙戏那段看的很过瘾，结尾雷大状那番话很引人深思，我们究竟要给下一代一个什么样的世界，感谢还有人为了正义和平等坚持下去
这电影应该前两年就要准备上的，不知道什么原因一直压着，不如预期，缅怀智叔。
这叫打官司吗？最后就是说服有钱老板舍弃利益集团把谋杀自己女儿的真凶绳之以法的故事啊！换个没钱没权的试试？
