一代特效大师菲尔·蒂贝特的数十年心血之作。作为一部反乌托邦定格邪典动画，《疯神》做到了他能做到的一切，庞大的隐喻量，精彩至极的剪辑，蒂贝特用触及想象力极限的布景创造出罕见的混沌奇观，其中的每一个耶罗尼米斯博斯式的怪物形象都值得拿出来反复把玩，而影片最后当《2001太空漫游》中的黑色石板伴随着创世奇观涌出，整部影片堆积的全部意象瞬间被点燃，那种冲击感令人难忘。
