The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 从头至尾的长焦镜头，带来了极浅的景深、广屏的虚焦，也是极少数能用镜头语言刻画出压抑感的电影手法。
还是老一套的个人微观角度进行剖析，批判和反思也很直白、具体、有力。
女主勇敢、无助时的几段表演很不错。
看到片尾的字幕，会对这种作品充满敬意，期待有朝一日我们也可以用电影来改变社会
看的中途多次觉得太intense了，tony被戴上口罩的那一刻我感觉马上要窒息了。

个人认为是抗击新冠题材中最好的电影。直面问题、讲真话、能讲出来，这都是珍贵的美德了……
五星是因为对比太明显。
二十多分钟的一镜到底演一个慌乱的救护夜晚 jodie拿捏得死死的 jodie适合演这种有点疯有点极端的角色 虽然最后结尾某句台词实在是太夹带政治私货了 影片立意蛮好的 有些话咱也不敢说咱也不敢问
他们拍他们的问题，我们拍我们的成功案例，事实就是如此我就不明白这都有人能扯到中国医生那去
老头半夜发热那段长镜头，让人身临其境的感受到瘟疫发生的残酷和无助，能让所有同类电影汗颜，但是导演好像更想表达孤独患者间的相互怜惜——从海报也看得出来，典型文青式的表达我有点不太接受
以及，一遍遍想起重要的人的死亡，这真是一件太残忍的事。
贯彻全片的无助和窒息感仿佛在复盘这段全世界的至暗时刻……看到中国口罩时片刻的感受到了救赎和光明
但有用么？
