The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 经典之作。小时候似乎看过，这次重温，感觉好像第一次观看一样。太好看了。剧情之紧张，描写之细腻，信仰之坚定，都无可挑剔。
最后七连只剩一个兵的时候，眼泪还是情不自禁得下来了。落后就要受欺负永远没错。

看的时候觉得很惊喜。流畅的长镜头运用让整部影片质感提升，1958年应该还是尚未摆脱戏剧拐杖的第三代导演，可王苹导演中已经成功地“去戏剧化”了，演员表演真实动人，场景还原用心逼真。除了时间过渡上有些突兀，整部影片还是非常值得赞许！
在电波后扮演敌后角色，是智慧的英雄。

电影中通过电报、烧纸、蜡烛等细节，使不同时空得到充分连接，并使电影情节饱满并具悬念。该电影也是导演王苹从话剧转型的代表作。共产党员情报工作者从延安被派往上海（从红区到白区），跟另一个女共产党员假戏真做，成为夫妻。在革命经典电影中，假戏真做也成为一种原型叙事。
孙道临真的是眼里有光，让人相信我们能看到一整个黎明。
同志们，永别了，我想念你们！ 在般点划清楚，犹如一汪清水
就是很淳朴的老电影。看这个就想起很久以前不知道看电影还是看书，才知道原来发报员发报各有各的特点，就跟指纹一样独一无二，熟悉的发报员之间无需言语就可以互相交流。其实发报的嘀嘀嘀还挺好听的。
