The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 法国小资生活记趣。离婚后还能住着落地大窗高层住宅，家有大学生孩子但妈妈还能遇上爱情，轻盈地穿过夜色与街灯，仿佛年纪不是个事。看这片让我觉得像在一个晴天下午走进一家咖啡店，静静品尝了高价咖啡和蛋糕，口感轻柔，回味悠长，但我清楚那不是属于我的生活。
一部很温暖文艺的片子，里面的人都好温柔，哪怕形容一个吃了睡睡了吃的女孩也是说像个婴儿，配乐超级棒！还有法国人没有不爱侯麦的吧？
整个电影如夜间一般诗意。
總體看下來還是比較輕鬆的，沒輸出什麼價值觀，也不輸出立場，大家就這樣日子一天天過著，總會有人出現去淡化過往的不快和憂傷。太羨慕西方這種家庭關係，互相尊重著，有羈絆但沒有束縛。。。
不同画幅的旧素材、温润的音乐、暖融的色调配上80s的氛围感共同构造出这部很温柔的电影，但情节过于柔和，有些地方太理想化了。
这个世界总是会陷入得与失的循环，无论得失，时间从不回头，生活还要继续。
每个角色都是我喜欢的样子。对待爱情、对待家人、对待破碎的生活。
