The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 6.很有柬埔寨年轻人的气息，尤其是前半段，但很快这种活力就在现实面前低头了。基本合格，只是表现力还不够强。
纯都市传说的恐怖故事集合。没啥逻辑的恐怖，也没什么主题和剧情，正如题目那样，都是一些传说中的恐怖小故事。好多妹子颜值都不错，拍的也挺精致，有惊吓无惊喜，也不失望。没事的时候可以看着玩玩。
除了寄生虫和人体模型，其他的故事都很普通，没什么深意，单纯为了恐怖而恐怖
个人及其私密的影像表达，梦境意识的混合与第三方媒介的结合，从某方面来说加强了导演作者本身的表达力度。此外，本片视听有着锋利的敏锐度，摄影更是细腻有加.
几十年来，柬埔寨没有电影作品，日子也一样过。导演面对这样一个人口与经济体量和中国三线城市相当的国家，处理其现代性延迟到来的问题时，选择了退回个人的记忆之场，尽力做隐喻的尝试。这样“贫瘠”的作品，叙事的不够决绝与落地，其实是荒凉历史的孩子。平遥影展在北京，贾科长映前导览@中国电影资料馆。
