The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 3.5 enjoy it better with this new one, with better choreograph, cinematograph and maybe the cast except the leading actor. BUT BUT this is still the same story which I could not agree with on many aspects. where's the original story / idea.. and when to stop endless sequels and reboots..
有一点，对道德感更严的中国观众来说难以接受，那就是在哥哥死后，玛利亚的“表示”力度不够，仅仅骂两句东尼是不够的，而她也更不应该用上床的方式去安慰他。另外就是当哥哥的女友回到家，她不该用步步紧逼的姿态来表现自己和东尼之间的爱情，那只会让观众觉得她无情残酷，为了爱情抛弃亲情（虽然其本意是爱情高于一切，嫂子之所以答应她也是因为两人在对爱情的态度上达成一致）

还拿了不少奖...就这么个破玩意？杀了他哥直接上床？在电影院坐2小时看这杂乱无章的小混混斗殴？连配爆米花的激情都没有...宣扬地痞文化几个意思，为政治正确选角改肤色也很刻意
连字幕都不加了，却还要他得到集体的认同？故事太老了。

两位主角尤其是男主角的演技实在让人无法恭维，简直是肉眼可见的不足。
在爱乐之城之后我还以为我喜欢上了歌舞片，但是没有，这一切一定要建立在歌好听的基础上。不论是布景还是灯光，都有很强的舞台感，镜头光时时刻刻都在提醒我这是音乐剧不是歌舞片，镜头一拉近我就开始害怕不要吧不要吧好好说话不要唱了，这个地方真的没必要唱。罗密欧与朱丽叶西区故事版？那场阳台戏，我可真跳戏。还有一个死了哥一个死了兄弟，为什么还能do？？警局里的调度真的不错，要是一镜到底那我可以再加一星。
对男女主角的讨厌让我忘记了这个电影的其他一切。
对这个百老汇经典剧目改编充满期待。男女主表现算不上差劲，可是越看越抽离，最后实在坚持不下去。
对于一部歌舞片来说，设计和音美都是中上乘的，但对于叙事来说则力度略微不足，冗长的电影中歌舞占了大多数，使得背景环境和种族矛盾思考力也弱了不少，一增一减之下，中规中矩。

喜欢欧阳万城，演的不错。不容易啊，亚裔普通男性和白人女性的浪漫喜剧电影，也算是创造历史了。
丰富的场景，精致的转场，但影片的具象化太消解舞台调度的那种铿锵力度了，Rita不亏是老将，全片最佳是somewhere。

如果是新锐导演，这篇能够及格，但是史蒂芬斯皮尔伯格拿出这种作品，真的不是该有的水准！而且，过于与时俱进的肤色，更败好感！
（此外，这是我人生中第一次“包场”的电影。蓝色样板戏，根本没人看，笑不活了。）
只能说我还是get不到这个故事本身，too white to me
