The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 印象中是第一次看莎翁舞台劇形態的電影，覺得演釋得比一般同樣改拍的戲劇好些，但也不見得有什麼令人激賞之處。
还以为我是第一次接触麦克白的剧情，没想到已经在《蜘蛛巢城》里看过一次了。
太阳星辰、睡眠死亡、天堂地狱，大量天空的描写让人与环境的对抗显得如此无力。4：3画幅，大量固定镜头，经典电影技法拍经典文学，表演和台词还是舞台剧式的。人物刻画薄弱，还好女巫的恐怖感渲染出色。极简的线条和布光，几段establishing shot很惊艳。同是科恩和黑泽明的脑残粉，还是更喜欢六十年前的蜘蛛巢城。
画面挺青春，戳跟女闺蜜可以再合作一部，对手戏倒是挺自然的！
看这部电影的时候很难不想起奥森·威尔斯的版本，两位导演都采用的黑白画面，也都依靠高度抽象的场景布置，受限于条件，威尔斯的剧场痕迹更重一些，镜头在剧场里，而科恩则没有这个问题，剧场在镜头里。
科恩兄弟解散后，最不科恩的科恩电影。被预告片骗了，本以为是默片，没想到话痨的受不了。实在想不明白为什么看这个电影耽误

不知奥胖看完作何感想，《奥赛罗》+《黑豹》
虽然男主lives with enough shit already，但我还是经常笑的像个神经病，幽默的表达太合笑点了。
戳爺張揚自我的個性從來都是一以貫之的，這在他的作品中隨處可見。但是演電影不像出唱片，動動嘴耍個酷。電影中，故事情節和演技缺一不可！
看预告以为会非常棒，但实际上三女巫戏份之外都有点无聊……形式大于内容，像是低配版的伯格曼。全员都有种表演痕迹过重的感觉，科恩婶的麦克白夫人更是意外地不戳我……
我总恍惚觉得这是一次对黑泽明奇妙的告白。另外全片我最喜欢的部分都是三女巫的戏份。
表现主义但是黑人版麦克白，简称「老表麦克黑」。莎翁的这个故事告诉我们：家有贤妻，丈夫不遭横事。以及，麦克多蒙德的脚还挺好看的……
