The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 好真实且有点甜，浓烈的生活味呼之欲出，妈妈选得很好。
笑死了，看自己熟悉的方言、习俗的潮汕剧。细节捕捉到位，不能说有点像，简直一模一样。千万不要被我妈看到这部。前喜后泪，写满了“可惜”两个字，有被触动到。影片拍摄可见比前作《爸》成熟，也专业了许多。★★★☆/7.5
没想到印度短短几年就已经可以拍出这种电影上大荧幕，两个画面~一个是游行，还有个是男主出柜后和妈妈抱在一起看得我泪流满面，想到曾经自己出柜时的场景……

女主说的太对了，man who consider woman to be inferior beings！ 如果连为lgbt的权利去发生和抗争的自由都没有，不晓得要到啥时候平权才能被看到甚至落地。结尾一度看的热泪盈眶，这是2022年的印度片！
很奇妙的一次观影体验 在看之前我是不知道自己和女主有那么多相似的经历 可能人生如戏 戏如人生吧 陪你看电影的那个人 才是决定你爱不爱看电影的原因呐
最感动的地方是男女主分别和自己的爱人相遇，一见钟情的时候。竟然可以在几个镜头之间把喜欢、试探、撩拨、确认关系都讲清楚，让人觉得爱情就是自然而纯粹的。
自此，中国同影相比于邻国印度又落后了一截。
这样的方言电影，让导演拍出了一种难以言说的真挚.
潮汕的封建传统，和开放文化的碰撞体现得淋漓尽致。
很真实，真实到你能隔着屏幕感受到性少数群体要面对的压力与恐惧。
电影没有说多好看，但是印度可以将同性恋搬到大荧幕上给我们在这个方面倒退的国家带来的冲击感是莫大的！
