The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 喜欢结尾的处理，深情的看着镜头说一句“我爱你”。本以为jack回到家庭会往悬疑方向走，还是挺圆满的结局。
音乐深沉，画面高级，情感充沛，表达克制，可以明显的感受到生命从身体中流逝的样子。

惊叹，马赫沙拉阿里真的是黑人演员中的绝对翘楚，新一代的领军人物。他真的，一次都没让我失望过。甚至次次都能或多或少地超出一些预期。即使这次的故事文本极其平庸。
不是所有科幻都得狗血撕逼 也可以这样温情脉脉的选择结局
不是节奏慢就细腻，不是有一两个好点子就不空洞，比如此片，跟白水一样
本以为剧本会讲述科技伦理或是记忆与真实的议题，最后还是用看似高概念的设定讲述了“爱”，很本真，很质朴。
(所以活着的时候一定要！Talk! Talk! Talk! 去爱，用尽眼角最后一滴泪水。
