The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 想的一直是公寓好漂亮窗景好漂亮，能呆坐看一天的霞光和夜色。旧电影新际遇，三更时分的电台私语，步履自由的城市漫行，爱上这样的夜晚完全不用克服多少困难。片子像是捣碎了某种抗抑郁药的粉末，治标不治本地抚平不宁，副作用是犯困。
温温柔柔的，在片尾曲出来的时候忍不住落泪。

非常舒服的观影体验，把碎片化的日常生活以及80年代的巴黎拍得极为迷人。有谁不想在大银幕里欣赏侯麦和里维特的电影呢？
还会遇见如清水一般的时间吗，它们已凝在记忆的某刻，幻觉中好像还有未来。
相当舒服的一部电影，偶尔也想过上这种喜悦会油然而生的日子啊。。

電影只有一條平鋪直敘的故事線，就仿佛是在將伊麗莎白的生活一樣，簡簡單單，沒有大風浪也沒有大崛起，平緩而動人心，簡單中又有法式的浪漫充斥著，這是典型的法國浪漫電影，但又有了生活的氣息，屬實難得。
