TV版动画6-10集的合辑篇，主要是讲炭治郎偶遇终极大反派，而后遇到鬼医生和她的迷弟，被请回家，双方针对如何变回人进行了探讨，并达成合作，再遇到两个被大反派安排来的鬼袭击，最后在几人通力合作下，解决了两个鬼，基本上没有在TV版上加什么内容，看过原本的话，可以不再看这个特别版。
一般动画版是不标的，但，这是等了20多年的新兰里程碑呀。

角色太多，推理和杀人动机不那么出色

bgm很好听，糖也好吃，但早期精彩的推理和悬疑色彩早已荡然无存了，没有感情、缺乏深度，只是个流水线上的产品罢了……
