The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 真凶的设计仿佛暗含隐喻。为了保存自己持续作恶到老。似乎也呼应了伦敦固化的社会结构。但整体看下来片子还是属于比较烂的水平。而且这个结尾应该最不合豆瓣用户的胃口，6.8分明显虚高。

可惜编剧显然不知道怎么使用这些点子，最后的“反转”更是极为突兀和逻辑上说不通。

视听声效相当精准地长在了我的恐怖点上，厌男发作。但最后的结局让我如鲠在喉，感到不快。
音乐太太太加分了！导演擅长的复古风，一口气看下来喜欢~

复古的不是女主，是创作者自己，它们嘲讽对象风韵的十分之一，都比它们自己的“创见”有价值得多。
Rather disappointing. The whole thing is wrapped up in such elaborate lavishness and meticulous homage that one could hardly find a single shred of spontaneous fun. Edgar Wright is so steeped in film history by this point that he seems to have already lost his own originality.

但是剧情人设的逻辑很奇怪，Anya的角色梦想当歌手，却只能艳舞谋生和被潜规则，也许是暗示其实力和运气不佳。但放在性解放运动开启的60年代，这种典型常见的娱乐圈外围生活，本来就是资本主义的运作规则，大鱼小虾都迟早有机会出头，或找到金主糖爹，至于艰难到要当连环杀人鸡？还杀了这么多有钱人却逍遥法外多年？
前半段很有ALL THAT JAZZ的潜质，且因为前面太抓人导致后面画风转变让人觉得龙头蛇尾。不过Edgar Wright的Visual还是很值得一看，McKenzie和Anya也是双厨狂喜了。
