剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     音乐剧改编的确是太难了； 删减了原剧中的好几首歌，为了剧情牺牲了音乐性， 虽然看电影 故事情节的确会更清晰一些，但是缺少了原剧里面的情感张力， 埃文汉森可是单纯ost我都可以听哭的啊。

    其实没有刻意的煽情，但我依然哭得泪流成河，是哭到眼泪把口罩淹没，走出电影院时一言不发的程度。电影尚且如此，不敢想象如果去年音乐剧巡演没有因为疫情取消的话（毕竟当时连downtown剧院装修都已经进入DEH模式了），我会在剧院哭成怎样一种无法言述的惨状。希望早日能进剧场痛痛快快再哭一次。

    故事很新颖，两大影后在其中只是配角却能抢了所有光芒，男主角有种说不上来的牛，不是演员却好像身经百战。音乐很平和，是一部真情流露的歌舞片。

    期望越大失望越大。主演年龄的错位感其实不如预告里那么吓人。不过，为舞台撰写的劲歌金曲的独白，在空旷、人数极少的的舞台上所能产生的孤独感，和在电影实拍这种人声鼎沸熙熙攘攘中产生极大的矛盾。一下子把青少年自杀的困境变成一种固步自封的刻板古怪。
