The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 拥有真实情感和瑕疵的才是人类呀，太完美了就跟机器人一样是数据是代码，科技不断发展人类智商反而下降变成了马戏团的动物，这个假想真可怕
又是一则科技隐喻，但是娱乐性非常强。借用推理片常用的密室逃生类型，讲述科技的异化性，非常讨巧，也非常实用。
导演对于科幻和现代社会的理解仍然停留在上世纪七八十年代，无法代入也就get不到笑点。
任何故事，但凡是个好故事，都会存在被看见的一面，还有被掩盖的一面…

说是人工智能，可看起来智商都不太高的样子，恶搞又讽刺～三星半
尊重喜欢的演员坚持看完..虽然中途小酌一杯睡了一会儿。
