编剧很取巧，运用了比利小子英雄迟暮解甲归田谢幕之战这样的噱头看点，摄影技巧说得过去，前半段剧情进展过于缓慢，不过胜在结尾高潮部分枪战写实精彩
结局在有点意外不过也在预料之中，老炮儿这一生活到现在还有个儿子，已经很满足了！！！
