The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 剧情比tv版稍套路，但有tv版铺垫，还是很感人的。为了着重描写决赛，导致训练完后进入决赛的剧情一笔带过，稍微有点草率。

这是一个多么热爱篮球与电影的制作人啊？从90年代的晃过上帝，到“我的责任”，再到“你来之前我们就是冠军了”。铁血艾弗森迷。他最大的成功就是让这片子完完整整得讲好了一个篮球和打篮球的人的故事。至于喜羊羊，那不重要。
